ONLINE ORDERING
All orders require 24-hours notice.
We are CLOSED on Mondays. Orders for Tuesday must be placed before11:00am on Sundays. Orders placed after the deadline for Tuesday, will be automatically moved to the following day (Wednesday) for quality control purposes.

DELIVERY
We offer delivery within Calgary using a third party delivery company. All deliveries are made between 11:00am and 6:00pm.
We are unable to guarantee a specific time of arrival, regardless of having to select a time when placing your order. If your order has not been received by 6:00pm, please email us and we would be happy to track your order. If you require your order by a certain time, we recommend scheduling your delivery for the day before to ensure you have it for the following day. We will send an email confirming delivery the day before to the email address provided.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the order. If the order is a gift, please include recipients name and phone number in special instructions. You will receive text confirmation that the delivery has been made to the phone number provided. Our product is perishable and subject to melting/freezing if left outside too long. Cake Bake Shoppe is not responsible for items left outside after delivery has been made.
