Donation Requests

At Cake Bake Shoppe, supporting our local community is something we truly value. We receive many requests throughout the year and have created the guidelines below to ensure each request is reviewed fairly and thoughtfully.

At Cake Bake Shoppe, we are proud to support our local community and the many organizations doing meaningful work. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we have established the following donation policy to ensure a fair and consistent review process.

ELIGIBILITY

We consider donation requests from:

  • Registered charities

  • Schools

  • Youth sports teams and community organizations

  • Non-profit community events

​

Priority is given to initiatives that:

  • Support children, youth, or families

  • Have a clear community impact

  • Align with our brand values and local focus

​

TYPES OF DONATIONS

When approved, donations may include:

  • Baked goods

  • Gift certificates

  • Silent auction or raffle items

Specific items, quantities, and values are determined at our discretion.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • All donation requests must be submitted via our Donation Request Application.

  • Requests must be received a minimum of 4–6 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Incomplete or late submissions may not be considered.

  • Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

LIMITATIONS

To ensure sustainability and fairness:

  • We are unable to fulfill last-minute requests.

  • We may limit the number of donations provided to the same organization within a calendar year.

  • We do not provide monetary donations.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not align with our values, capacity, or current commitments.

REVIEW & NOTIFICATION

  • All requests are reviewed on a rolling basis.

  • Approved requests will be contacted directly via email.

  • Due to volume, we may not be able to respond to every application individually.

RECOGNITION

While not required, recognition of Cake Bake Shoppe (e.g., social media mention, signage, or program acknowledgment) is always appreciated and helps us continue supporting community initiatives.
